Welcome to Holly Tree Cottage Bed and Breakfast.
We will make sure you have a pleasant stay with us and hopefully you will return as friends. .
We are not sure quite how old Holly Tree Cottage is, but we think it has origins in the 16th century, with greater additions during many other periods. It is full of nooks and crannies, is very up and down, and not quite what you would expect. Lovely gardens surround the house, where you are welcome to sit and have a drink during those long summer evenings. Breakfast is served in our beautiful conservatory overlooking the gardens. We have plenty of safe secure floodlit parking for your vehicles. Although on a main road we are fully double glazed, and perfectly set for visiting all the surrounding attractions, such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Dunwich etc. There are also many pubs within a mile or two that serve fantastic food and good beers/wines.
We have one double ensuite room available at the moment, with another one coming soon. Next year we hope to convert outbuildings into self catering/bed and breakfast accommodation. Watch this space.......................
